Returns

Returns on eligible items are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase or order delivery. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. All original tags must be attached. We will not accept returns for any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Returns must be agreed upon with Vreela before they will be accepted. Please contact us at info@vreela.com for a return authorization before returning any merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that do not meet the Return Policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping on refunds and exchanges. Returns must be shipped securely packaged and insured for the total merchandise value. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow processing time.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
